Paraffinoma, which is conducted in secret up to date, gives rise to many complications. The existing removal methods are excision& primary repair, flap surgery, skin graft, radiotherapy and treatment with High Frequent Current, but these have caused some problems of skin contracture, hypertrophic scar and skin tension after surgery
Through the surgery of Flap-to-Graft Conversion Technique in ten patients that have diagnosed paraffinoma from May 1988 to March 1989, this teqnique could get rid of the problems of past methods and made a less change in skin color, texture and elasticity. Also it did not bring about the skin loss of donor site in using of skin graft.
